Submit an Item for the Campus Activities Calendar

In order for an event to qualify for posting on the Campus Activities Calendar, it must:

  • Be open to all A&M-Commerce students
  • Be sponsored by a recognized student organization or campus department
  • Comply with all University policies and guidelines

Please complete the following form to submit an event. Submissions will be sent to , Graduate Assistant, for approval. If you have questions regarding the approval process, you can contact at synergy202@gmail.com or call 886-3208.

If your event runs for multiple days, please include the date range in the description and call our office. We can post it to multiple dates for you. If you want different information displayed for each day, you will need to submit separate events.
