  • Lighting of the Vigil Flame: _______________________

  • A Vigil Flame will be lit for POW-MIAs as well as to honor veterans and fallen soldiers of all wars and conflicts. The focus of this year’s activities is on Military Spouses. A vigil will begin with the lighting ceremony and culminate Friday, October 9th with taps and the extinguishing of the flame at the Memorial Student Center, West Lawn prior to the Lackland Air Force Band presentation at the Music Recital Hall at 2:00 p.m.
